1 Year Anniversary of Beer & Yoga at Hellbent Brewer

Like local beer? Like Yoga? Well do we have a Seattle event for you! Make your way down to the Hellbent Brewing company in Lake City on January 29th for Beer + Yoga. A year ago, Just Add Yoga, a local seattle organization, made it their priority to combat the Seattle Freeze that we’ve all heard about, while pushing people to get out and move their bodies. It took a while, but they finally realized that the best way to do this was to combine two Seattle favorites, Beer and Yoga. The 29th at Hellbent marks the 1 year anniversary of this mission. Join the folks for an hour long all levels yoga practice in the morning. Immediately following practice, you’ll move to the bar for a pint of your favorite local beer from Hellbent. Talk about an awesome sunday.
