A staple of the U-district, Chaco Canyon is an organic cafe that’s been around since 2003. This delightful cafe challenges that idea at every turn by providing its customers with an assortment of healthy offerings that range from breakfast and lunch, to juices and smoothies, to coffee and pastries. Everything is done with sustainability, organic ingredients, and health in mind and it’s all delicious. They have four locations around town, and the U-district spot is just a quick jaunt from Eleanor Apartments.
