More like DOGtoberfest! That’s right – the 20th annual Fremont OktoberFest that many Seattleites have come to know and love is returning on September 23-25th! And this year, Eleanor Apartments is a proud Dog Day Sponsor of the Fest!
Here’s a breakdown of the Fremont OktoberFest
At this year’s fest, over 40 excellent breweries will be serving up more than 80 seasonal beers. Some of the beers you’ll be able to sample are award-winners. There’s also some delicious microbrews, some sensational seasonal ales, German bier, and just about every kind of beer you could hope to drink. There’s even wine available if that’s what you prefer. DJ Mullet – Turntablist, Int’l male Model, Yachtsmen – 8:30pm on the Main Stage
Alec Shaw – Intricate Indie Rock – on stage at 5pm
90’s Underground – 90s cover band- on stage at 8pm
DJ Joey Webb – Awesome Dance Music -closes out Saturday
DJ Jonnason – Vinyl DJ who plays Swedish pop & electronica – 1pm
The ABBAgraphs – Abba cover Group – on stage at 1:45pm
Don’t worry about getting hungry whilst downing some brews – Fremont Oktoberfest will have various food vendors on hand to provide you with all sorts of yummy offerings.

Alpine Climb 5k
One of the premier events at Fremont Oktoberfest, the Alpine Climb 5k is the fest’s ultimate beer run, happening on Sunday, September 25! The race begins at the intersection of 35th Street and Phinney Ave N. Once the shot is fired, head off down Phinney and onto Northlake Way, then into Gasworks Park where you’ll climb quite a hill up and over before turning onto the Burke Gilman Trail. Finish on Phinney Ave N and make their way into the Finish Line Beer Garden, next to the Fremont Oktoberfest entrance (admission required, all ages welcome on Sunday, Sept. 25).
Sunday / Dogtoberfest presented by Eleanor Apartments
Bring the whole pack on Sunday for Dogtoberfest, presented by Eleanor Apartments!
Sunday of Oktoberfest is considered Dogtoberfest! Guests are encouraged to bring their furry friends to run in the Alpine 5K and to join them in the Tasting Garden Plus, the CityDog Magazine Cover Dog Model Contest is happening at 3pm Sunday! There’s a $10 entry fee for the contest.
